Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Raygun is looking for a driven, high-energy consultative SaaS sales professional to join the team as a sales development representative (SDR). You will be partnered with an account executive and sales engineer to drive new business demand within fast growing startups and large enterprise companies. The SDR requires the right mix of creativity, entrepreneurism and tenacity to identify and uncover new business opportunities within software development organizations and teams.
- Achieve monthly qualification discovery call and product demonstration targets.
- Conduct discovery with senior technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, etc.) to position Raygun.
- Initiate inbound and/or outbound activities to target accounts to qualify new opportunities.
- Research accounts and contact targets while leveraging social selling to create engagement.
- Schedule appointments for account executive partner to advance the sales process.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Desire to learn by building and growing a high-performance cloud/SaaS business at scale.
- Sales training in consultative, solution or strategic selling methodologies is a plus.
- Track record of success, including consistent lead generation and sales performance.
- Two to three years of sales development experience in PaaS, SaaS or software.
